Spendly has no upfront cost to try. Our fees are performance based though a savings share upon accepting a Spendly offer.

How is my privacy protected?

After you submit a request, Spendly will screen and extract key data points from your documents and redacts any personal identifiers for yourself and your company.

With Spendly, you will never get unsolicited calls and can choose when to release your contact information after the initial first place offer. You control who gets to contact you and when by requesting a callback time.

How are offers found for me?

We utilize marketplace competition with our provider network blindly competing against each other to earn your new business. If they can beat your current rate while maintaining equal or better terms/service, they can submit a custom offer. After we've collected all offers, we sort them by savings (high to low) and share with you the top offers found.

How will Spendly benefit my business?

Spendly is risk-free and no cost to try. Spendly allows businesses to identify areas of overspending and be connected with great providers who can fix it. Businesses are not obligated to switch to a new Spendly Provider, we are just showing you better real-time offers on the open market. The decision is always up to you and what is best for your business.

All Spendly Network Providers go through a rigorous interview process and review to ensure they provide the highest level of customer services, service quality and ethics - most of our network providers are industry leaders within their respective industries. Our mission is to have you upgrade your service experience to a Spendly Network Provider and never sacrifice quality for cost savings.

Our network providers have different specialties and target demographics allowing you to get the best offer based on your business industry, needs and activity.

Why do I need to submit documents?

This is necessary to validate the current service terms and rates of your current provider and eliminate the application process. Spendly experts extract key data points from these documents to give our providers the data points needed to determine if they can offer a better deal at a lower rate.

These data points differ by financial service but never contain any personal or business identifying information.

What happens after I submit a request?

The clock starts. We give our providers time to respond with a competitive offer. When collection closes, we compare all offers to present you with only the top offers. You will be notified via email when they are ready for you to review!

What happens after I request a callback?

With a callback request, you can select the preferred data and time for a Provider to contact you. The provider will be notified of this request and contact you at your preferred time.
